Program pricing does not guarantee a prescription; your provider decides whether treatment is appropriate.
Semaglutide and tirzepatide in these programs are compounded medications prepared by a licensed pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness, and are not the same as brand-name products such as Wegovy® or Zepbound®. Microdose programs use lower doses than those studied in major clinical trials, and evidence for them is more limited. GLP-1 medications are not appropriate for everyone — including people with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2 — and your provider will review your full history.
Other programs
We facilitate access to independent licensed medical providers and do not prescribe, compound or dispense medication. Eligibility, prescribing and dosing decisions are made solely by the treating provider. All treatments are subject to independent medical evaluation, provider approval and prescription when clinically appropriate. Results and eligibility vary, and some compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
