Cellier Vitality House

Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern our website and Personalized Medicine services.

About These Terms

The essentials.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the websites, online services, assessments, checkout flows, communications, and related services provided by Cellier House LLC d/b/a Cellier Vitality House (the “Company,” “Cellier,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. In-person services at the House in New Canaan may be subject to separate agreements.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

About the Services

The Company provides a technology platform that may connect users with independent U.S.-licensed healthcare providers and licensed pharmacies. The Company does not practice medicine and does not itself provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, pharmacy, dispensing, manufacturing, or compounding services.

Prescription treatment, if any, is provided only after review by a licensed healthcare provider and only if clinically appropriate.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Availability of Services

Services may not be available in all states or jurisdictions. The availability of specific providers, products, treatment categories, pharmacies, shipping options, and services may change at any time and may depend on your location, applicable law, provider licensure, pharmacy fulfillment availability, patient eligibility, and clinical appropriateness.

States and Jurisdictions Served

The Services are available only in jurisdictions where affiliated licensed providers are authorized to provide care and where applicable pharmacy fulfillment is legally permitted. Not all treatments, medications, providers, pharmacies, or services may be available in every jurisdiction. Availability may vary based on provider licensure, pharmacy fulfillment limitations, clinical appropriateness, patient eligibility, and state-specific laws and regulations.

Your Care

Medical care, independently provided.

Not for Emergencies

The Services are not designed for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately.

No Medical or Pharmacy Services by the Company

The Company does not practice medicine, does not provide medical advice, and does not dispense medication. Medical services, if available, are provided by independent licensed healthcare providers or affiliated clinical partners. Where a prescription is issued by a licensed provider, the prescription may be filled and dispensed by an independent licensed pharmacy partner.

Telehealth and Asynchronous Care

By using the Services, you acknowledge that care may be delivered through telehealth, including asynchronous communications such as online questionnaires, secure messaging, uploaded information, and provider review without a live video or phone visit unless required or requested. Asynchronous care may not be appropriate for all medical conditions. A provider may request additional information, require a live consultation, decline treatment, or recommend in-person care.

Provider Review

Completing an assessment, checkout, payment authorization, account creation, or other intake step does not guarantee that any prescription will be issued. A licensed provider must review your information and determine whether treatment is clinically appropriate.

Prescription Products

Certain products available through the Services require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. You will not receive a prescription product unless a provider determines that treatment is clinically appropriate and issues a valid prescription. Prescription products may be subject to pharmacy availability, state-specific requirements, and other limitations under applicable law.

Health Information You Provide

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete health information through assessments, intake forms, uploads, and communications with providers. Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may result in declined treatment, delayed care, inappropriate treatment, or risks to your health.

No Guarantees

The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, eligibility, prescriptions, treatment approval, medication availability, shipping timing, symptom improvement, weight loss, hair regrowth, performance improvement, energy improvement, hormone changes, laboratory outcomes, or any other health-related or cosmetic result.

Site Content Is Informational

Except for communications from a licensed provider regarding your care, content on the Services is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional medical judgment.

Orders

Accounts, payment and delivery.

Account Registration and Accuracy

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and update it as needed. You may not share your account, impersonate another person, or submit information on behalf of another person unless expressly authorized and legally permitted.

Payment and Billing

Prescription required. Treatment is not guaranteed. Your order is submitted for licensed provider review after checkout. If a licensed provider determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate, any medication charge will be refunded according to the refund terms disclosed at checkout and in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You authorize the Company and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown to you at checkout, including any applicable taxes, shipping charges, service fees, consultation fees, recurring charges, or other disclosed amounts. Once an approved prescription has been sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment, prescription products may not be cancelable, refundable, or returnable except as required by law or expressly stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on provider review, pharmacy processing, carrier delays, product availability, weather, address verification, and applicable law. The Company is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control. Title and risk of loss for shipped products pass according to the carrier’s terms or applicable law. Shipping details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Refills, Subscriptions, Pauses, and Cancellations

If a plan includes recurring billing, refills, or subscription services, the billing cadence, cancellation rules, refill terms, and renewal timing will be shown at checkout, in your account, or in related disclosures. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before submitting an order. A provider may decline a refill, require updated information, require labs or a consultation, or recommend alternative care.

Using This Website

Fair use, and ours to protect.

User Conduct and Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

  • Submitting false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information;
  • Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or medical history;

Intellectual Property and Trademarks

The Services, including names, logos, graphics, product names, designs, copy, software, workflows, and content, are owned by or licensed to the Company and may not be used without written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services, including providers, pharmacies, laboratories, payment processors, identity verification vendors, analytics providers, and clinical partners. The Company is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third parties, and your use of their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of applicable law.

Changes to Services or Terms

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise. The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing other remedies available under applicable law.
